When should I start lymphatic drainage?

The right time varies depending on your procedure and your surgeon’s instructions. We recommend starting only once your surgeon has cleared you for post-operative lymphatic drainage.

How many sessions do I need?

Every recovery is different. The number and frequency of sessions depend on your procedure, recovery stage and individual needs. We’ll discuss this during your consultation and recommend a suitable recovery plan.

Do you work with my surgeon?

Your surgeon’s post-operative instructions always take priority. We can tailor your recovery care around their recommendations and, where appropriate, take relevant aftercare instructions into account.

What should I wear?

Wear clean, loose and comfortable clothing that is easy to remove and put back on. If you use compression garments, please have them available during your appointment.

Can I book immediately after surgery?

You can arrange your recovery care in advance, but treatment will only begin when it is appropriate for your recovery stage and in line with your surgeon’s post-operative instructions.
