Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (Herroepingsrecht)
In accordance with Dutch and EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party designated by you) receive the goods.

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused and unworn

The product must be returned in its original packaging

Hygiene seals (if applicable) must remain intact

The product must show no signs of wear, washing, or alteration
Due to hygiene considerations, compression garments that have been worn, washed, or altered cannot be returned unless defective.
3. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse:

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of return.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.
4. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless:

Returns must be shipped within 14 days after notifying us.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
