Welcome to SculptRituals. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website located at www.sculptrituals.com and any related services provided by SculptRituals.

By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities of any product

  • Discontinue products at any time

  • Modify product descriptions or pricing without prior notice

We make every effort to display product colors and images accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display is accurate.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices:

  • Are listed in EUR unless otherwise stated

  • Include VAT where applicable under Dutch law

  • Exclude shipping costs unless explicitly stated

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

Payment must be received in full before shipment.

5. Order Acceptance

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

This confirmation does not constitute legal acceptance of your order.

A binding agreement is formed once your order has been shipped.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of:

  • Fraud suspicion

  • Payment issues

  • Incorrect pricing

  • Stock unavailability

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

SculptRituals is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs procedures

  • Force majeure event

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.

 

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us at:

support@sculptrituals.com

Returned items must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in original packaging

  • Be returned within 14 days after withdrawal notification

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.

Certain products may be excluded from withdrawal rights in accordance with Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code (e.g., hygiene-sensitive items if unsealed).

8. Returns and Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective.

9. Product Use Disclaimer

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Dutch and EU law:

SculptRituals shall not be liable for:

  • Consequential damages

  • Loss of profits

  • Loss of data

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is not permitted by law.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Government measures

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Pandemics

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law.

Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
